The Group of companies “New technologies” build a partnership with the largest producer in Korea – "Hyundai"

The representative of GC “New technologies” with the delegation of JSCo “ Lenenergo” and LLC “ HD Energo” visited the South Korea for setting a regular partnership with famous Asian producer since 13 till 16 of September.

The team delegation visited multi-profile trust Hyundai Heavy Industries, located in Ulsan city. Firstly they visited the producing base of company department that is engaged in electro-technical equipment production Electro Electric Systems. Moreover, they succeed to visit the shipyard (the base for shipbuilding), which is also includes in the competence of giant trust

The result of the visiting was signing agreements with LLC “HD Enrgo” – the official distributor of Hyundai Heavy Industries/Electro Electric equipment about the possible partnership of  GC “New technologies” about installation of GIS at JSC "FGC UES" and JSC "Lenenergo".

1. Hyundai Heavy Industries/Electro Electric System takes the leading place in the worlds grid. The main company productions are transformers, gas-insulated equipment, GIS, outlets of middle and low power, electric motors, generators, automised systems of management and monitoring, power electricity, renewable sources of energy.

2. GIS (gas-insulated switchgear assembly) – was created to distribute electricity on the lines of power supply for consumers.
The GIS can significantly reduce the area and volume occupied by the distributor. GIS can be used for both indoor and outdoor installation.
Hyundai Heavy Industries has a many years of production and setting of high-voltage distributors with electro gas isolation (up to 800 kV). The main advantages of GIS of the Hyundai Heavy Industries:

• GIS demands less areas, than usual outdoor distributors;
• equipment has a maximum safety for staff due to the protective working parts earth of the GIS;
• GIS are designed as standard modules, light in installation and easy to maintain.
