"Siemens AG" summed up the 2014 financial year

In Berlin, at the annual press conference the "Siemens AG" announced the results of 2014 financial year.

During the reporting period from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014, the Group's net profit reached 5.5 billion Euro. Total profit sector grew by 26% and amounted to 7.3 billion Euros compared with last year's 5.8 billion Euros thanks to improved performance in the field of industry and infrastructure and cities.

The portfolio of new orders "Siemens AG" was 78.4 billion Euro. The company's turnover - 71.9 billion Euro.

"We have achieved those results, which have stated in the beginning of the 2014 fiscal year, and made significant progress in strengthening our portfolio. "Vision 2020" gives us a clear understanding of how we will develop further, "- said President and CEO" Siemens' Joe Kaeser.
