Re-certification audit of the system of quality management in LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant”

From January 18th to 29th 2016 at LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant” re-certification audit of the system of quality management for complience requirements of the International standard ISO 9001:2008 took place. The audit was carried out by the world leader in the field of certification- CJSC “Bureau Veritas Certification Russia”.

Interviews, observations of activities, analysis of documents , records, information were used as methods of the audit. The criteria of the audit were the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and own requirements of LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant” determined in Politics, Quality Manual and documented procedures, process regulations, department regulations, job descriptions, instructions on labor protection and others.

The re-certification audit was based on the process approach, implemented in the system of quality management LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant”, and was carried out in conformity with the Plan of the carrying-out of the audit at an industrial platform and in office substitutions in Tomsk. The conformity of criteria was established in the interview with the leader of the highest and middle link of the organization, employees, during the analysis of the documents of the  system of quality management, records of the  system of quality management, direct observation of processes at workplaces.

The results of the re-certification audit showed that the declared field of the certification corresponds to the activity carried out at the enterprise. LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant” demonstrated an efficient inculcation, support and improvement of the  system of quality management in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. On the whole the documents of the system of quality management correspond to the requirements of the audited standard, its structure and composition are sufficient for inculcation and support of the system of quality management. In the system of quality management processes of planning and achievement of planned results for fulfilling  aims and the Policy of the enterprise have been worked out. The program of inner audits has been totally  fulfilled and on the whole it demonstrates an efficient mechanism of the support of the system of quality management.

LLC “Tomsk Cable Plant” has confirmed its ability to provide services, which meet the requirements of customers, and has also showed its aim to increase customers' satisfaction with the help of an efficient use of the system of quality management.
