HENRICH DIN 560 mm Static Spooler, Model B630-1,6C (Ref : JT7HQE)

High speed spoolers, vertical bobbin, static, suitable to run with IWD or multiwire drawing line.

Take-up can take 560 mm spools and is with automatic change (in/out conveyor).

The unit is mechanically complete with electrical panel.

Change over is automatic, machine being able to run continously, without stopping drawing machine.

Two same machines are available.

Can operate with wire 0.35-1.4 mm at the max speed of 40 m/s.

Traversing is hydraulic.

Bell is driven by a 27.5 kW DC motor.

The system works continuously, giving automatic run to the drawing machine.

When spool is full, the line reduces speed to minimum.

Then, full spool goes out (conveyor) and empty one goes in (infeed conveyor).

When empty spool in, machine accelerates again.

Loading & unloading is full automatic.

Empty bobbins are stacked on an inlet conveyor from where they are moved into the spooler.
Winding can then start with bobbin staying fixed on his support and bell rotating around for winding.

Coiler is suitable for coiling wire sizes 0.32-1.20 mm at speed of 20 m/s.

Capstan has diameter of 650 mm and is driven by AC motor 15 kW.

Coiler is made fore baskets typically of 1 T by 1800 mm height.

Conveyor of 4 m long is available.

Electrical cabinet is missing drive and has to be made new.

BONGARD Static Down Coiler, Model STN800 (Ref : E2THES)

Down coiler from BONGARD, Model STN 800.

This coiler is designed for continuous operation typically to run inline with coating process such as galvanic coating line of copper wire with tin, zinc or other protective layer.

The receiver can operate at a line speed of 400 m / min. and take the wire into containers with a diameter of 1000 mm and a height of 1790 mm.

The machine comes Rosette pattern system and with a chain conveyor to enable loading and unloading of containers.

New cabinet with Emerson drives is also available.

GUTLING Emulsion Cleaning System (Ref : E7QHXV)

This installation is designed to clean the emulsion from oil, metal particles and chips formed during the drawing of copper wire in the cable industry.

The installation consists of a system of containers and filters in which the following processes occur:
- Separation of excess oil;
- Separation of solid particles of coarse and fine fractions;
- Enrichment of the purified emulsion.

It is complete with electrical cabinet.
