The construction will start in 2014, the first production - a shell for low-voltage devices - will be available in 2015.

The new production facility will be conveniently located in 450 km from Moscow, the reason for its choice was the availability of raw materials and investment attractiveness of the SEZ "Lipetsk". The FACTORY will be the sixth in the Lipetsk production site ABB in Russia. Other factories are located in Moscow, the Moscow region, Cheboksary and Yekaterinburg. The staff of ABB in Russia is about 1,300 employees. The company's turnover in 2012 amounted 660 million dollars.
