At the end of December 2013 MRSK of the North -West , a subsidiary of " Rossetti ", held presentation day in St. Petersburg Corporate on which key equipment manufacturers presented their products for the electric power industry . After the event the presentation of ABB of high voltage modular RU PASS M0H (Plug and Switch System) type and switch-disconnectors (DCB) was awarded with the diploma "For innovation ."

The Corporate Presentation Day is a seminar held quarterly in St. Petersburg , on which MRSK of North-West invites major foreign and domestic electrical equipment manufacturers to obtain information on new products and solutions . The seminar was attended by over 50 people , chief engineer and head of substations , IT chiefs . During the presentations , they met with various products , including power transformers , switchgear medium and high voltage and so on.

ABB product managers have prepared two presentations on innovative solutions in the field of modular RU PASS type and gas insulated switch-disconnectors (Disconnecting Circuit Breakers).

Plug And Switch System (PASS) is a modular hybrid system that combines the advantages of the technology of production of RU with air and gas-insulated switchgear , including the integration of all functions in one high-grade switchgear module , pre- assembled and tested in the factory .

RU modular of PASS M0 H type is the next step in the development of this system - complete and high-voltage substation with H shaped configuration. MFM (Multi Functional Modules) is a new concept of modular construction of the whole substation, switchgear including medium and high voltage power transformers, control and protection systems. Thus PASS Family offers a line of fully assembled modules and passed factory tests specifically designed for easy transport and installation.

PASS and DCB product managers prepared detailed presentations representing all the main features and advantages of these types of equipment use.
