“TATCABLE” factory is broadening collaboration with OJSC “Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System”

On June 18th, 2015 within the bounds of the signed Agreement of collaboration between “TATCABLE” factory and OJSC “FGC UES” representatives of the grid company visited production objects of the enterprise with the aim of broadening of the collaboration in the field of import substitution of cable products with 110-330 kV voltage and possible perspectives of development of the enterprise, especially in the part of increase of the level of localization of products.

Among members of the delegation from “FGC UES” there were representatives of the Department of the technology development of production of electrotechnical equipment, the Department of substations, the Department of air lines.

Chief process engineer of “TATCABLE” factory Anatoliy Beskorovayniy carried out a detailed excursion about technologies of production of polyethylene-insulated cable onto high and extra high voltage, got acquainted with production possibilities of the factory, including a complex of test equipment and quality control of products.

At the end of the excursion there was an extended conference with participation of visitors of the factory, leadership of “TATCABLE” factory, representatives of the company “Pfisterer Rus” were also invited.

Within the bounds of the conference chief engineer of “TATCABLE” factory Fanil Dinmukhametov told about building experience of high voltage cable lines, tests of cable systems with 330 kV voltage in KEMA laboratories, the Netherlands, IPH Gmbh, Berlin and “NIIPT”, St Petersburg. Chief process engineer  Anatoliy Beskorovayniyshowed working outs of new constructions of high voltage cable products, which are going to be promoted at the market and said about further perspectives of development of products.

Assistant of the general director  of manufacture “Pfifsterer Rus” Nickita Novoposelenskih told about a joint project realized by Pfisterer Holding AG (Germany) and the group of companies “INVENT” (Russia) within the bounds of the signed Memorandum of strategic collaboration in the field of cable lines of high and extra high voltage. The conference finished with the determination of perspectives of development of the collaboration and ways of further joint actions within the bounds of the realization of the program of import substitution of equipment, technologies, materials and systems in OJSC “FGC UES” between 2015 and 2019.
