High-voltage union has changed the direction of motion

Leaving of importers from the market of high-voltage equipment has suited down to the ground the enterprise NTEAZ Electric (the Concern “High-voltage union”), but nevertheless, the Concern relies on its own powers. According to a new strategy, productivity of labour must increase two times at the enterprise and this fact will cause increase of wages. All the changes were supported on the last board of directors, devoted to the activity of the Concern according to the results of the first half year of 2015.

By the end of 2013 the Concern “High-voltage union” had been in a very difficult situation. Less than a year ago the leadership of the Concern changed top managers- Vasiliy Buraga took control himself, optimization was done, processes of production and sales were analysed; loan means for a way out of crisis were attracted. Today work on improvement of calculation of a direct self-cost of products, increase of efficiency of control of current assets is in process, price policy is being mastered, new products are being developed, a system of sales is changing.

The leadership of the company said that sales of the Concern have grown by 43% in 2015 compared with the data of the first half year in 2014. In particular, sales of generator switches have grown two times, sales for Kazakhstan have grown by several times. According to the words of Vasiliy Buraga, the high-voltage equipment market is still slump because of the reduction if investment projects, though in this situation leaving of importers suits the enterprise down to the ground, as well as sanctions. The Concern uses this opportunity, but first of all it relies on its own powers: according to the reforms, a new command is going to increase productivity of labour by 2 times, as well as wages.

Members of the board of directors of the enterprise Vadim Gubin and Vladislav Butin thanked Vasiliy Buraga personally and also all the team of top managers for the change of a sector and dynamics. Even now High-voltage union is moving to the serial production of vacuum switches and the development of new products is in full swing.
