The smallest model of installation for laying of surface by extrusion

The British company BWE Ltd. Has added its line of extrusion installations BWE Conklad and has worked out the smallest model in this range. The construction of the new installation Conklad 315 is based on successfully proved by practice efficiency and reliability of the model Conform 315. Despite large dimensions, the installation Conklad 315 has major standard functional opportunities which installations of large sizes have.

A new installation of a small size was optimized for high-efficient production of the following articles:
- steel-aluminium wires (AS Wire)
- optical ground wires and cables for cable television
- composite cores with enclosure
- concentrated aluminium wires
- continuous aluminium current conducting threads (SAC)

The construction of the installation Conklad 315 is based on a time-tested construction of a range of  machines of the company BWE, which was successfully exploited for many years. Exceptionally high strength, ability to work under high indicators of extrusion pressure and opportunity of a separate regulation of temperature of a wheel and extrusion head allow to keep optimum clearances of an extrusion instrument for long periods of continuous exploitation. Due to automatic systems of heating of an extrusion head and cooling of a wheel, fast preliminary heating till suitable initial temperature is guaranteed and optimum conditions of extrusion are provided during production process without any operator's interference.

Common economic indices also rise due to the opportunity to change worn-out parts of the main components of an extrusion instrument and cameras of an extrusion head with the use of special insertions with minimum expenses.
