POSITION OPENING in «3М»

Electro and Communication Department has an immediate opening for
Sales Representative (Telecommunication, Krasnodar)

In this position a person will be responsible for

Development and execution of sales activities in the telecommunication market to accelerate business growth in Krasnodar and South part of Russia
3M products and technologies demonstrations, presentations and field trials
Customer trainings
Establishment and development of the contacts with telecommunication companies in the region
New products introduction
Support of the distributors in their sales activities, development of the distributor network in the region
Coordination of the marketing activities in the region, gathering regional marketing information, control of the competitors in the region


A successful candidate should possess:

High technical or natural science education with experience in Telecom industry, preferably in OSP and cable plant
Experience in sales in the industrial (telecom) markets. Experience in marketing is asset
Sales, negotiation and presentation trainings is an asset
English intermediate level
Advanced PC skills
Ability to create and communicate the business vision, to select and prioritize among various business opportunities, to work independently.
Result oriented practical mind and administrative skills. Time management and self organization abilities.
Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The person will be located in Krasnodar. The person will report to Key Account Supervisor
